COVID-19 INFORMATION

Due to COVID-19 outbreak & current high demand of our products, we are experiencing unusual delays in the processing/delivery times of our orders.

Do not worry, you will receive your order. Our current delivery time is within 2-4 weeks (USA, UK, CAN, AUS) but can be more to more remote countries. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding. Stay safe!

We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it's been 60 days since you ordered.

Order processing time: 3-7 working days

Customized product production cycle: about 2-3 weeks

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Most of our orders are delivered in about 15 days to main countries, but as you know, there are a ton of variables that can affect shipping times.

So, please account for 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Large parcel: over 5kg, we will arrange large parcel shipping, the delivery time of large parcel is about 4 weeks days.

If 60 days have passed and you haven't received your order please contact us. we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. This shipping takes the same time as Free Shipping to arrive.

All orders are sent with Tracking ID, you can track your order here.

Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

The Prices of Products are expressed in USD, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
Some countries may be subject to customs & import fees. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
Bemystyles cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
