How do I place an order?

1.Please log in by using your account.
2.Use the ‘add to cart’ button to add products to your shopping cart.
3.Once you’re done shopping, click on the shopping cart in the upper right corner to get an overview of your order. Please check the products in your cart and your personal details carefully and update them if needed.
4.Finally, select your preferred payment mode and finalize your order.
5.You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Is it possible to cancel or adjust my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

I gave you the wrong address.

I didn't receive an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email.

Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email after you place your order and when we put your order in the mail. If you didn't receive these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order. 

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

Discounts linked to holidays that are applicable to all of our customers are automatically applied to your shopping cart.

Personal discount codes can be added to your shopping cart during checkout. 


In what currency are your prices described? 

Our prices are described in american dollars (USD).

What payment methods do you accept? 

We offer secure shopping and accept payments via PayPal and all major credit and debit card companies.

Why did I receive a text message about pending charges from my order?

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

If you received a charge notification via text message marked "Pending," it may be because your card's issuing bank is processing the transaction. Please contact your bank for exact details regarding your transaction. Thank you for your cooperation.

Does the price of the product include taxes and customs duties?

The Prices of Products are expressed in USD, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
Some countries may be subject to customs & import fees. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

How much is shipping? 
We offer Free and Paid Shipping on all orders. You can choose the details yourself when you place your order.

When will my order arrive?

This depends on the products ordered and where we are shipping to, however, most orders are delivered with 12-20 business days. This can be 2-3+ weeks. If you're ever concerned about your order, feel free to e-mail us.

Why have I received only 1 product if I ordered more? 

We work with various international warehouses all over the world, and your products may be shipped separately so they can get delivered to you faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!

I paid for Insured and Tracked Shipping, where is my order? 

When you select Insured and Tracked Shipping at checkout this gets you a trackable package, the number will be sent to your email, and you get a Delivery insurance, where if you placed the order 60+ days ago or the package has been lost by the shipping company, we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. This shipping takes the same time as Free Shipping to arrive.

Why is there no tracking update?

As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is cleared by local customs and entry is granted into your country.

If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, kindly wait patiently. Once this process has been completed, you will see tracking updates.

Can I receive my order before a certain time?

Before placing an order, please refer to our Shipping info for the most accurate delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, due to recent global events, we are unable to guarantee that your package will arrive before the given date when placing your order or not. Wish your kindly understanding.

Why does it show delivered, but I did not receive?

Please have a check in your mailbox and asked your neighbors if they have your package.

My shipment has been delayed, can I have a refund? 

We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it's been 60 days since you ordered.
